Message: This BnB has a Great location on Thames Street, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shoppings, 25 minutes to all Cliff Walk access, and Mansions. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple and abundant. Free private parking in the back. Room is big, clean and smell good. Furniture is old, wall is thin, water heater pipe is noisy. Always has cookies on counter for guests, and fountain Spring/filtered water to fill your bottles. Highly recommended.

Message: We come to Newport every year and we always stay here. This was our 5th year and this place never disappoints. Great employees, parking on site, a walk to any bar, roof top deck… etc. We love it here and will be back next year.

Message: Clean, friendly but kinda run down place. The furnishings are more like what you'd see at your Granny's house and there's no hot breakfast (what they had was delicious though! ).

Message: Great location and surprisingly large rooms nicely appointed. Nothing fancy but very authentic. Parking behind the inn is free and much appreciated. Staff was great with a warm welcome from Innkeeper Jennifer. The “star” was Joan who did breakfast for us. Meeting and chatting with her was a truly memorable experience! Loved this place!

Message: Perfect place to stay! Room was clean and cozy! The staff is awesome and very friendly and it is in a great location. Close to all shops and restaurants. About a mile walk to the beach but that is as close as you are going to get since you basically have to drive to all beaches even though the mile walk is doable!

Message: Stayed here on a New England visit with my husband. The fresh baked cookies were SO good! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious even though it's covid times and has changed a bit. The beautiful rooftop patio made a great spot for an afternoon glass of wine and our morning breakfast! The rooms were spacious and the place was very clean! The staff was welcoming and polite. Overall, we'd stay here again!
